Lester continues on with his musical style of story telling, joined this time with backup vocals on harmonies and relying heavily on the acoustic sound. Traditional sound throughout with good, clean lyrics, although I miss listening to songs with different tempos such as slow or fast, all songs seem to be using the same tempo.

Reminds me of a soft spoken, Johnny Cash voice, it is very stripped down with prominent vocals and acoustic guitar with drums, slide guitar, bass guitar and tambourine to compliment. It takes me back to the time of campfire songs. It's not your average main stream country, but on the flip side you have a handsome voice to listen to. I would also put the album into the Ian Tyson class of musical story telling.
