Everything And More

Review by Hope Ulrich

Rating:

There are some familiar Canadian names listed in the liner notes; Warren Sonoda, CMT Canada, and Patricia Conroy among others. Michelle co-wrote 2 tracks of the 12 on the cd including the 1st single 'Everything And More' with another Canadian Country Music artist, Patricia Conroy. The title track is an uplifting, fast tempo song with a great message which goes like this, 'Take a real good look at what I got / Searching for what really matters / Only makes me realize / I've got everything / Everything And More'. Track 5 reminds us that there is hope for our love lives and that it can all change 'In A Blink Of An Eye'. Then it heads into 'I've Forgotten You' a song about after a relationship is over and dealing with the memories that won't leave. 'Love Me Anyway' is biographical of Michelle's life and you can hear how deep the words go by her heart felt performance. You can feel Wright's passion and emotion in each song as she sings every note to perfection. 'My Give A Damn's Busted' was also released by Jo Dee Messina last year, Michelle's version is a softer, with more of a country tone. The whole album is easy listening and runs the gamet of Love.
